Uniform Order and Information

IMPORTANT INFORMATION 

 BEFORE COMPLETING THE ONLINE UNIFORM ORDER FORM PLEASE FULLY READ ALL THE INFORMATION PRINTED BELOW ALONG WITH THE LINKS TO OUR SIZE GUIDE AND PRICE GUIDE. 

TOTAL AMOUNTS FOR YOUR ORDER WILL BE SENT VIA INVOICE. 

• Please find the online order form at the foot of the page for completion once you have worked your way through the school uniform policy. 
• Once a completed order form has been received it will be processed between the hours of 10.00am and 2.00pm Monday - Friday.
• An invoice for the total amount including a £1.00 delivery charge will be sent to the email address supplied on the online order form.
• Orders will be placed with our supplier once invoice total has been paid in full, account details for payment are detailed on the uniform order invoice. 
• Your uniform order will be delivered within 14 Days of your invoice being paid, subject to stock being available.
• Please correctly measure your child for sizes, mistakes can not be rectified once an order has been placed, refunds/replacements can only be offered when an error has occurred by the supplier and not because the item is no longer needed. 
• Orders needing to be sent back to the uniform supplier will incur a £5.00 return package fee.
• Our bespoke made uniform can only be sent back if items are faulty, they are made to request.
• Please note all adult sizes include 20% vat.

IMPORTANT SHOE SIZE GUIDE

How should a Ballet shoe fit correctly?  

*Please order 1/2 (half) shoe size down from every day shoes*

It is very important to have a perfectly fitting Ballet Shoe. 

There should be no growing space, the shoe should fit like a second skin/ glove with the toes flat inside the shoes, i.e the toe will always be at the end of the Ballet shoe with any extra room being at the back near the heal and down the sides.

For Jazz Shoes and Tap shoes, please order true to size what your child is currently wearing, having a perfectly fitted dance shoe is important for their development.

UNIFORM LABELING 

Please make sure ALL uniform items including shoes are clearly labelled with you're child's name. 

During shoe change over and when removing their cardigans it is very easy for items to be mixed up. 

It makes the teachers job much easier when assisting our students in shoe changes if they are clearly labelled.

The school accept no responsibility for missing or lost items.

To order your uniform clothing for warm-up/cool down and to wear to and from classes you will find the new items for 2024 in the drop down boxes below.

All the above items along with our Acro class uniform are made to order, this can take between 7 days and 4 weeks to arrive, please bare this in mind when placing your order.

Refunds or exchanges can only be made when items are faulty and the school have been notified following the first wearing of any of the above items or if the school are holding stock for another size to exchange.

Our bespoke subliminal logo print items are all made on request to the specifications submitted from your order forms, please ensure correct measuring of your child when submitting your form.
